The density of cement really matters when you're trying to figure out how good it is and how it'll work in building stuff. Usually, Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) is about 1440 kg/m³ to 1500 kg/m³. Things like how much water is in it and how well it's packed together when you mix it can change the density. If you know the density, you can be sure you're mixing it right to get strong concrete.
